Returns and Refunds

Please review return policies carefully. Non-sale and non-refundable items are excluded. Returns require notification with order details and photos. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds/exchanges processed within 7 days of receipt. Refunds issued to original payment method.

Returns not accepted for custom products, perishable items, hygiene-sealed opened products, or mixed goods.
